These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services such as utility bill payments and domestic money transfers. By registering with or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Prifypay, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
You must be a resident of India and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Services Offered
Prifypay provides a digital platform to facilitate:

Utility bill payments (electricity, water, gas, mobile recharge, etc.)
Domestic money transfers to verified bank accounts
Other value-added financial services as may be introduced from time to time
Prifypay acts as a technology enabler and service aggregator, and does not hold or transfer funds directly. All financial transactions are processed through authorized banking and payment partners.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of services.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
Use services only for lawful purposes and avoid any fraudulent activity.
Not engage in activities that disrupt or misuse the platform, such as hacking or reverse-engineering.
Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. KYC and Compliance
To comply with regulatory standards (including RBI and NPCI), you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and other government-issued IDs. Your services may be restricted if KYC is incomplete or unverifiable.

6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made through approved methods including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet.
Prifypay may charge service fees, which will be clearly displayed before confirming the transaction.
You agree to pay all charges applicable to your transactions, including taxes.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, transactions that are successful and correctly processed are non-refundable. Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions must be requested within 7 days and will be subject to internal verification.

8. Suspension or Termination
Prifypay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate these Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
There is any misuse of the services or platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prifypay is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays or failures in transaction completion due to technical issues or third-party services.
Loss of data or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect login information.
Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the transaction in question.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, software, and technology used on the Prifypay platform are the intellectual property of Prifypay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Updates to Terms
Prifypay may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our platform and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
